  • Department : Production
    Location : UNIT-II, Jalan Complex, Gate no 1
    Qualification : Advance diploma in Enviromental Health & safety
    Foundry Experience : 2 - 5 Years In Foundry ,Casting
    Prerequisites :
    • Daily Plant visit, find out unsafe condition and unsafe act.
    • Solving the problems regarding safety issues by meeting every workers of each department.
    • Keep an eye on every employee if they are wearing PPE kits properly or not.
    • Meet the shift in charge/supervisors of each department regarding previous day’s history of work.
    • Visiting each department.
    • Keep check on shop floor regarding any unsafe condition and unsafe act. If there is any fix the issue.
    • Monitoring the staffs and workers whether they are working with proper safety measures or not.
    • Discuss with the higher authority if there is any serious problem.
    • Keep check on workers whether they are checking EOT crane, Ladle, Hoist, dust collector properly or not.
    • Keep an eye on security guards whether they are doing their duty properly or not in their proper position.
    • Monitoring vehicle movement inside the plant shop floor.
    • Monitoring the project workers whether they are working with proper safety or not.
    • Ensure all roads and gangways are free from any obstruction.

    Qualification : ITI Fitter,Foundryman,Machinist
    Foundry Experience : 1 - 2 Years In Foundry ,Casting
    Prerequisites :
    • Interdepartmental planning check.
    • Machine handover as per checklist.
    • Required core box collect.
    • Core box and bridge proper identification.
    • Item wise loose piece collect.
    • Raw material availability checking.
    • Required item parameter setting.
    • Quality knowledge on produced core.
    • Cycle time justification.
    • Critical point checking of core.
    • Core dimension knowledge required
    • Proper core dressing sense required .
    • Motivating power for helper handling.
    • CLIT activity for machine.
    • Machine abnormality finding.
    • Involvement in calibration.
